You will be challenged the most unique event by playing 1 round at 3 different courses over 2 days. Countryside Park, Aguacate Lagoon and Trek Stop all feature 18 hole layouts with very different course terrain that will challenge even the best in the world.

History of Battle for Cayo, this event began as during a conversation between Chris Leonard and Randy Dueck during Belize’s first event in July 2020. It has since grown into the most sought after event in Belize and Central America.

Where is Belize? Belize is located below southeast Mexico and east of Guatemala. Its just a 2 hour flight from Houston
Flights? For this event and most in Belize you will fly into Belize City, Philip Goldson International Airport.
Rental Cars? There are options at the airport from Crystal Car Rental to mainstream Budget Rent a car offices.
Hotel/Resort/AirBnb? We recommend staying near or in San Ignacio. The courses are close by and there are many restaurants and resorts.

What else can Belize offers visitors? Aside from 14 Disc Golf courses around the mainland, there are famous Mayan Temples to explore all throughout Belize.
Belize is home to the second largest barrier reef in the world and offers world class diving experiences.
The Belize Zoo is a great attraction to visit when heading to or from San Ignacio its right off the highway.
There are many islands to explore. San Pedro in Ambergris Caye is a popular spot to launch from for boat tours and just to party in general. Caye Caulker is another popular island.
